- Ronald,
- I ran an Amiga BBS here in Hawaii for a while using TransAmiga
- BBS v 1.2. As far as configuring it and the versatility of it,
- it hangs in there with the best of them. As for the price, a
- mere $30 last I checked (to register the shareware version and
- get a keyfile).
-
- However, if you're looking for a BBS that has many built-in
- functions that do all sorts of whiz bang neato stuff, then
- you might look into Xenolink, CNet, DLG or Excelsior! A friend
- of mine runs AmiXpress. personally, I like TransAmiga because
- it was inexpensive. After all, unless you're going to be making
- money off of it, isn't it just a hobby?
-
- Oh, and I personally like CNet from a SysOp's stand point,
- since it is setup nicely on the WB side, but so is Excelsior!
-
- Good luck, and happy SysOp'ing ;)
